Features
Everything a team needs to plan, run and report its work. Nothing it has to switch on first.
One way to do each thing, sensible defaults, and every feature available to every workspace during early access.
Structure
Three levels, easy to explain to anyone.
A workspace is your organisation. Spaces hold a department or area of work, lists hold a project, queue or process, and tasks hold the work itself. Fewer levels means less time deciding where something goes.
- Each space has its own task ID prefix, so tasks read like OPS-142 or DEV-17.
- Each space has its own statuses. Every status belongs to a group: not started, active, done or closed.
- Status presets to start from: simple, standard with review, operations, and content.
- Rename or add statuses freely. Reports read the group, so they keep working.

Tasks
Everything about a piece of work, on one page.
Multiple assignees
Shared work is normal in operations. Assign as many people as needed, and add watchers who want updates.
Priority and dates
Urgent, high, normal or low. Start and due dates, with overdue work highlighted everywhere.
Subtasks and checklists
Break work into subtasks with their own owners, or a checklist where each item can have its own person.
Comments and mentions
Mention someone with @ and their name and they are notified. Turn a comment into an action item for one person.
Files
Attach documents, photos and spreadsheets up to 10 MB each. Files are private to people who can see the task.
Dependencies
Mark a task as waiting on another. When the blocking task is done, the people waiting are told.
Recurring tasks
Repeat every N days, weeks, months or years. The next one is created with the same checklist when this one is done.
Tags
Colour tags shared across the workspace, for filtering and for automations.
Estimates and points
Time estimates for workload planning, and points for teams that size their work.
Approvals
Ask a named person to approve. They approve or request changes with a note.
Activity log
Every change is recorded with who and when: status, dates, people, priority, moves and more.
Archive and restore
Archive finished work to keep views clean. It stays in reports and can be restored.
Views
Five views of the same tasks.
Views work on one list, on a whole space, or on every task you can see in the workspace. Filters for person, due date, priority and tag, grouping by status, progress, person, priority, due date or list, and the choice is kept in the page link.
List
Grouped rows with inline add, bulk select and drag to reorder.
Board
A column per status. Drag a card to move it forward.
Calendar
Month grid by due date. Drag to reschedule. Unscheduled tray beside it.
Table
Edit status, priority and due date in place. Select many and update them at once.
Timeline
Bars from start to due date across five weeks, with today marked.
My work
Start the day knowing what is yours.
My work collects your tasks from every space: overdue, due today, coming up next, and not scheduled yet. Action items assigned to you in comments and approvals waiting for you are listed too.
Inbox
Notifications that stay calm.
You hear about work you are assigned to, mentioned in, watching or asked to approve, never about your own changes. Choose which kinds you want, and get a daily email summary instead of a stream.
Operations
Built for the work that repeats.
Daily check-ins
What I finished, what I am doing today, what is blocking me, and how the day feels. Answers start pre-filled from the person's tasks. Managers read the whole team on one page with blockers on top, and see who has not posted.
Routines
A routine creates a task on a schedule: every day, every working day, a weekday each week, or a date each month. It carries its checklist and its people, and is due the same day or a few days later. Each run is its own task, so the record of who did what stays.
Intake forms
Build a form with short and long text, email, phone, date, number and dropdown fields. Share it publicly or only with signed-in members. Each answer becomes a task in the list you pick, with an assignee and priority set.
Project status updates
Post an update on any list as on track, at risk or off track, with what changed and what is next. Everyone working in that list is told, and the latest update shows at the top of the list.
Automations
Simple rules that save the same click every day.
Triggers: a task is created, the status changes, the priority changes, someone is assigned, a comment is posted, a task becomes overdue. Conditions: list, status, status group, priority, tag, no assignee. Actions: assign, remove assignees, change status, set priority, add a tag, set the due date, move to a list, add a watcher, send a notification, post a comment.
Actions taken by a rule never set off other rules, so two rules cannot loop.
Approvals
A clear yes or no, on the record.
Request approval from any member. The task shows who it is waiting for. The approver approves or requests changes, with an optional note that is posted as a comment, and the assignees and creator are notified.
Time tracking
Time on the task, not in a separate tool.
Start a timer on any task, and it keeps running in the sidebar while you work elsewhere. Or log time by hand, like 45m or 1h 30m, for any past day with a note. Estimates sit next to tracked time so you can see what ran over. Weekly timesheets and CSV export are in reports.
Reports and goals
A fixed set of reports managers actually use.
Overview
Open, overdue, due this week and done in the last 7 days. Work by status group per space, completed per week for 8 weeks, on-time rate and median cycle time.
Workload
For each person: open tasks, overdue tasks, and estimated hours due this week against their weekly capacity.
Timesheets
Hours per person per day for any week, totals per list, exportable to CSV.
Check-ins
Who posted on each day of the week, and the blockers raised.
Goals
Goals with targets that count a number, a done or not done step, or the share of tasks completed in a list.
Exports
Any list, space or filtered view to CSV, plus time entries.
People and access
Five roles, private spaces, and teams.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. |
| Admin | Manages people, spaces, settings and automations. |
| Manager | Creates spaces and lists, sees all reports, approves work. |
| Member | Works on tasks in every shared space, logs time, posts check-ins. |
| Guest | Sees only the spaces shared with them. Good for clients and contractors. |
Spaces are open to every member, or private to the people and teams you add, each with edit, comment or view access. Teams group people with a lead, for sharing spaces and reading check-ins. Join by invitation, by join code with admin approval, or instantly with your company email domain.
Shortcuts and export
Fast for people who live in it.
- / or Ctrl + K search every task you can see, by title or task ID.
- N add a task from anywhere.
- Esc close the task panel.
- Ctrl + Enter post a comment.
- CSV export for tasks and time, so your data is never locked in.
See it with real-looking data.
